- Led the launch of the company's first voice agents. The after-hours agent resolves 100% of after-hours calls in production and has generated over $1M in revenue.
- Architected the call-analysis platform on Azure Functions that scores 3,000+ calls a day for rep QA, coaching, and leadership dashboards.
- Built an LLM eval harness with deterministic scoring, Wilson confidence intervals, prompt-drift detection, and blind labeling. No prompt ships without beating the baseline.
- Rebuilt the real-time scheduling engine behind point-of-sale availability, proving it more accurate than the legacy system with a side-by-side mismatch harness.
- Also: multi-agent orchestration, security oversight and guardrails, RAG, agent-to-agent (A2A) protocols, API design, and custom tooling.
